I assume it is an automatic or manual watch, in which case a Swiss movement would be normal. 1062 is a movement from a company in Switzerland called Ronda, who make their own watches and movements for other watch manufacturers. Nothing special or wrong with these movements.

I’m surprised the branding on the watch isn’t clearer than simply the letter “g”. The whole point of luxury Swiss watches is the branding – it’s not like you buy them to tell the time better (quartz watches are far more accurate). It’s probably a Chinese brand, possibly with a genuine rather than a fake movement and the “g” is there to suggest gold.

I don’t know what the point is about 56 diamonds, a manual or automatic watch needs jewels to operate efficiently but 17 is the most it needs. it sounds a little brash and showy to claim 56 diamonds. I suspect the watch does not have any real diamonds in it and I wonder if it is really gold as opposed to gold coloured.
